At Diamond Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the jewelry in its original Diamond Factory packaging and include the authenticity certificate and packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
